Admino is a phone-first, local-first life-admin product for capturing and returning to tasks, notes, links, voice notes, reminders, important files, photos and proof, scans, bills, receipts, subscriptions, and everyday records. V1 stays account-free and organizes that work through Inbox, Timeline, Capture, Libraries, Vault, search, notifications, currency preferences, and backup/export workflows.

01Problem

Everyday administration becomes fragmented before it becomes difficult.

Important details end up split across screenshots, reminders, notes, files, chats, receipts, subscription emails, and memory. Admino starts from that fragmentation and treats capture, retrieval, reminders, proof, and protected storage as one product system.

02Product system

Capture quickly, then give every item a predictable place to return to.

The V1 navigation is built around Inbox, Timeline, Capture, Vault, and Settings, with Libraries collecting saved tasks, notes, links, voice notes, reminders, bills, and receipts. Search, notifications, currency preferences, and protected storage cut across those surfaces instead of becoming isolated features.

  • Local-first V1 with no login or signup
  • Subscriptions remain explicitly manual
  • Bills, receipts, files, photos, scans, and proof stay distinct capture workflows
  • Vault uses native phone authentication
03Implementation

Product structure and implementation evolved together through repeated QA.

The information architecture was deliberately reset when earlier assumptions stopped serving the product. Dashboard, scoped search, Libraries, Timeline, Vault, notifications, currency handling, and Android compatibility were refined as one system rather than polished in isolation.

04Verification

The final stretch is dominated by device behavior, files, backup, and edge cases.

Whole-app Android QA has been the main verification path, including database compatibility, routing, search, files, native-auth Vault behavior, notifications, time-format behavior, and grouped proof flows. iOS-specific picker and platform checks remain a separate verification boundary.

05Current state

V1 is being finished as a local-first mobile product before optional cloud or AI layers.

The portfolio keeps the V1 boundary explicit. Optional Admino Cloud, AI actions, and broader desktop/web ideas remain future work rather than being presented as current product capability.
