01Academic context

The project belongs in the archive as early collaborative frontend work.

Homies is not presented as a production commerce platform or solo commercial product. Its value is showing the frontend and interaction fundamentals that preceded the newer software systems.

02Frontend scope

The work covered the customer-facing path from browsing to checkout.

Product presentation, category browsing, search and filtering, cart state, checkout UI, login/register surfaces, responsive behavior, and local-storage-backed client behavior formed the main frontend contribution.

03Progression

Earlier interface work now sits behind more structured product and system thinking.

Homies provides context for the progression from academic frontend work into newer product, platform, tooling, and business-software systems.
