Technical Case Records collect real PC, laptop, Windows, mobile, printer, networking, setup, repair, and recovery work. They sit beside the software projects because the same method carries through both: observe the system, isolate the cause, make the justified change, verify the result, document what happened, and escalate when the safe scope is exceeded.

01Background

Hands-on troubleshooting predates the software portfolio.

The practice grew from family computer-shop exposure into ongoing commission work: Windows setup and recovery, drivers and software, PC assembly, hardware diagnostics, cleaning and cooling, printers, networking, storage and boot issues, and common mobile repairs such as LCD, battery, frame, and flex replacement.

02Method

A repair is not complete when a part changes; it is complete when the system is verified.

The case-record format emphasizes reported symptom, evidence, diagnosis, intervention, risk, and post-work verification. Repeated restarts, cold boots, stability checks, hardware inspection, and finished-device testing are part of the work rather than afterthoughts.

03Examples

The record covers both physical repair and system recovery.

Examples include Windows boot and restart investigations, SSD and service isolation, clean-boot testing, cooling service, PC and laptop recovery, printer/network setup, and mobile display, battery, frame, and flex work. Only work actually performed belongs in the public record.

04Boundary

Capability is documented without pretending every repair belongs in the same skill tier.

Board-level diagnosis and microsoldering are not presented as current expert capability. When a repair exceeds the tools, evidence, or safe scope available, escalation and referral are part of the technical decision rather than a failure to acknowledge the boundary.
